After some laborious work I managed to get a Livestream live stream (heh) working. The hook was giving me some problems with Steam games. Considering that at the moment most of my games come from that platform, I was screwed. Tried Justin.tv but the quality I was getting wasn’t acceptable (low framerate, resource hog in my computer…). Probably I was doing something wrong with FME, so I tried using Dyyno. The framerate was much better (still a bit too laggy), but it just stopped transmitting every now and then. So, I checked again with Livestream’s Procaster. Reinstalling seemed to do magic and I played the first 30 minutes of Amnesia with public. That didn’t help me getting further in the game.
Sadly, as I was still testing, I didn’t auto-record that session, so it’s lost forever. Except the attendants, nobody will be able to hear my cries of pure madness. Seriously, I hate that game.
However, what was actually stored is Blade Kitten‘s first level and a half (I played this afterwards). I comment some stuff in Spanish (as my viewers were quite Iberian), but you can still see the game, and most of the time I’m yelling “joder” (“fuck”).
Anyway, to watch my Livestreams you’ll have to go here (on the sidebar as well, from now on) or check the widget at the bottom of this blog’s index. And… to know when to check the channel, nothing better than following me on Twitter!
